Planning for the future of your family business can be challenging. Often, estate plans focus on avoiding issues like taxes rather than ensuring a successful transition for the next generation, which can lead to conflicts and challenges. Join this workshop that is designed to help families:

  • Align Expectations: Move beyond inheritance assumptions to create clear understandings and agreements.

  • Define Goals: Identify what you want your estate and succession plans to achieve.

  • Challenge Norms: Explore and evaluate new perspectives on succession and estate planning.

  • Explore Options: Discover creative and effective estate and succession strategies you might not have considered.

  • Make Decisions: Use decision-making tools to objectively assess and choose the best options for your family’s goals.

Participants will outline their estate and succession plans within a framework that considers the impact on family dynamics, business management, and asset ownership both now and in the future. Join us to create a clear, effective plan for your family business’s future.

What do you get out of this?

These workshops offer a supportive environment and expert coaching to help you kickstart or advance your planning process. These workshops are designed to be highly interactive; you will have opportunities to collaborate with fellow participants, share insights, and gain practical experience in strategic planning.
